Not that typical d*ish*! My french fries are made from polenta, they get cut into fries and fried until they golden brown and crispy. It gets topped with a dope miso mushroom gravy and delicious almond milk cheese curds.

Basically "fugazi" means fake which describes the calamari. They are king mushrooms that get marinated in a marinade consisting of dill and citrus juices. Its gets dusted in my Cornflakes-Earthquake dredge. The dipping sauce is chimichurri which is a cilantro parsley blend and vegan mayo.
