All kinds of dopeness in this d *ish*. Nice large shrimp 21/25s for those who know that get marinated in Cilantro and lime zest. It then gets dusted in shrimp cracker the Fried until its golden brown and crispy.
Jicima is like a potato apple hybrid crispy and sweet, it gets mixed with pineapple slaw. The Basa fish gets Cajun seasoning with my Corncrake-Earthquake dredge the get fried until its Golden brown and crispy. avacado-crema for the sauce inside and corn or flour taco keeps it together. This d*ish* is great!
The rings get soaked in butter milk and other spices which makes them nice and tender, and tossed in a cornflake dredged the fried until its golden and crispy. (If you like the calamari where the batter is falling off and the pieces are chewy, this is the d*ish* you wont like!)
What's not to like about this d*ish*? I use jumbo lump crab meat then I fill it with a variety of different herbs cilantro, parsley, chives and a couple other things that I'll keep a secret. It gets that infamous "Corn Cake-Earthquake" crust and fried until golden brown and delicious all served on top of a remoulade.
Nice and creamy Mac and cheese one of my best dishes and will be one of your favorite Mac and cheeses ever. Made with two different cheeses. I use Swizz for the creaminess and cheddar always makes it better. Lobster bay scallops and shrimp to makes this d*ish*one of the best.
The mussels and salmon get cooked in a tomato sauce until they just open, the juices from the mussels and the tomato sauce come together and makes the d*ish*. It get served with black squid ink linguini and crispy cilantro lime shrimp.
Atlantic Salmon that gets sous vide to a perfect medium, it rests on a beautiful risotto made from mushroom and Parmesan cheese. It gets finished with a drizzle of arugula pesto, makes this d*ish* amazing!
This gets me in touch with the Brampton side with this d*ish*. Its a roasted tandoori marinated mahi mahi fillet, that rests on a bed of cilantro rice. Next it gets cauliflower that gets spiced with garama sala and finally gets a raita drizzle to complete this dope d*ish*.
